Returns & Refunds
In the event that you need to return a product, please review our policy below for guidance on the process.
Procedure for Return
Please follow these steps for all returns:
- To begin the return procedure, please contact our customer service team at support@azurewhirl.com
- Provide your order number and clearly indicate the reason for the return.
- We're waiting for information on where to mail the item.
- Please provide a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement to expedite the process.
- Once we have received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming its completion. If a refund is necessary, it will be issued within 7 days. Please bear in mind that if you use your bank or credit card company, it will take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to be approved.
Returns & Refunds Cases
1. Customer Remorse
If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than product defects, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs for customer remorse are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty Product
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@azurewhirl.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and, upon verification of the defect, offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. Package Damaged
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Instead, inform the carrier immediately and contact our customer support team support@azurewhirl.com . We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed, whether it be a replacement or refund.
4. Wrong Size
If you receive a product with the wrong size, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item at support@azurewhirl.com . We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the correct size to be shipped to you. Return shipping costs for wrong size items are covered by Azurewhirl.
5. Package Torn
If your package arrives with visible damage to the external packaging, but the contents inside are undamaged, please document the condition with photos before opening. If the product inside is damaged or compromised, please follow the steps for a "Faulty Product" as mentioned above.
